Order Fulfilment Specialist
Objective: Ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders, from receipt todelivery, while maintaining customer satisfaction.
KeyResponsibilities
1. Order Management and Tracking
· Record,monitor, and update business orders using tools like Tally, G Suite, and MS Office.
· Track the order lifecycle from Sales order to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines.
· Generate and maintain detailed order reports for internal and client review.
2. Delivery Management
· Coordinatewith logistics partners and delivery teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
· Updatecustomers on delivery status using G Suite tools (e.g., Gmail, Sheets).
· Address and resolve delivery delays or issues promptly.
3. Reverse Logistics
· Manageproduct returns, replacements, and repairs, ensuring seamless reverse logistics flow.
· Coordinatewith warehouses and delivery teams to retrieve returned products.
· Analyzereasons for returns and provide insights to minimize future occurrences.
4. Inventory Management
· Fulfill material requirements for all the departments.
· Track Stockout’s dead inventory, MSL
· Track thematerial movement from Inbound, QC to Store.
Key Skills
· Strong organizational and communication skills.
· Familiarity with ERP, Tally order management software.
· Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficiencyin inventory management systems - Tally
· Strong multitasking abilities.
· Knowledge of warehouse safety standards.
· Knowledge on finance and accounting.
Qualifications
Experience in supply chain or order management preferred.
